1. Election Day - On Election Day, November 13th, you can vote between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM at ANY of the following polling locations:

  • Lakewood Civic Centre
  • City Hall (Committee Room E)
  • Prairieland Park
  • Cosmo Civic Centre
  • Shaw Centre
  • Lawson Civic Centre

Keep up to date with polling details regarding the postponed election at saskatoon.ca/vote2020.

2. Mail-in Ballot These must be returned to the Elections Office before 8:00 PM on November 13. The most up to date information is here.

All votes previously cast by mail-in ballot, advance poll, the original Election Day (November 9), hospital voting and special polls will all be included as part of the results on November 13.

Election dates are set by the Province for all municipalities. On November 9, after the polls had opened, the authority was given to the Returning Officer (not City Council or City Administration) to allow a postponement of the 2020 Civic Election. While it would have been our preference to have this information provided sooner, we now have information to move forward to ensure all votes can be cast safely.
We truly appreciate everyones patience and understanding. We also want to thank all those folks that worked the polls to date and those neighbours that took it upon themselves to be snow angels.
